February 22, 2018:
Hatha and Yin taught by Elaina Hancock. The approach is slow and laid back with an emphasis on relaxing, letting go and holding postures longer than with other yoga styles. These longer holds are meant to lengthen and ‘unstick’ connective tissues while helping to diffuse pent-up tension in the muscles.

March 1, 2018:
Power Yoga taught by Taylor Cheek. Center yourself on the mat with an energetic vinyasa flow, full of movement and guided by breath. This class includes modifications for both the beginner and the seasoned yogi looking to challenge themselves more.

March 8, 2018:
Vinyasa Flow taught by Terri Giardino. To let go of the day and re calibrate the body, mind and spirit. It will include meditation, breath work, slow flow and savasana.

This is a fundraiser for the SNAP incentives program at the Willimantic Farmers Market, which allows SNAP (EBT) users to get up to an additional $10 of fruits and veggies every week at the Willimantic Farmers Market. This program helps local families eat healthier while putting more money back into the pockets of our local farmers.
